What is CBT?

CBT, or Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, is a widely used and effective form of psychotherapy or talk therapy that focuses on helping individuals identify and change negative thought patterns and behaviors. It is based on the idea that our thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are interconnected, and by addressing and altering our cognitive processes, we can improve our emotional well-being and overall mental health.
